As Administrative Assistant to Joshua and Erik, Reena Kumar manages all aspects of the practice. This includes reviewing the new business workflow, working with underwriting, maintaining client records, and implementation of compliance procedures, managing the movement and tracking of assets and providing ongoing client service and support. Reena understands the industry and the day-to-day operations of the practice and is dedicated to providing the best client service experience possible.

Reena has worked in the financial services industry for over two years. Prior to joining LPL, she worked in an administrative role for Fisher Financial Services. She joined LPL in 2021 to apply her experience working with advisors in the Admin Solutions Program. Reena received a Bachelor of Science in Math and Statistics and a Master of Business Administration. She brings extensive experience from a variety of industries, which enables her to be proactive, versatile and process oriented.

Reena lives in Maryland with her husband and two daughters. She moved to the United States from India with her husband in 2004. Every week, she leads a group of pre-teen girls and mentors a women's group. In her free time, she enjoys reading and loves baking with her daughters. As a family, they enjoy hiking, playing board games, volunteering in their local church and in various community impact programs.
