In Betsy’s role as Operations Manager for Joshua Stark and Erik Scudder, she is tasked with advancing the accuracy and efficiency of the team’s operations. Some of her responsibilities include maintaining various online support tools and applications, creating monthly reports and enhancing the overall client experience.
Betsy has been married for 19 years and is the mother of two teenagers, two dogs and three cats. In her spare time, she trains for triathlons, is the Varsity Dive coach at Chantilly High School and is a member of the National Charity League.
